Virtual & Transparent Fire Performance
The Lisle-Woodridge Fire District is excited to announce its new, online Fire Performance Dashboard. This virtual dashboard is created in partnership with mySidewalk, a data science platform designed for public service. This innovative fire reporting approach delivers a new level of performance transparency to the communities which we serve. The dashboard allows anyone to track the department's performance across key safety and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) every month, in an ADA-accessible and mobile-friendly way.
See It for Yourself The new dashboard includes three crucial reports:
A Monthly Goals Report shows the most recent update to the department's goals for alarm handling, turnout time, first arriving drive time, etc. An Incident Report maps emergency response times across the fire district and analyzes contributing factors and ways to improve performance The Response Report evaluates the department's emergency response times, using several key indicators Plus, the dashboard also includes a Community Profile, which contains a wealth of automatically updated demographic information about our community See the Lisle-Woodridge Fire District's Performance Dashboard here:https://dashboards.mysidewalk.com/lisle-woodridge-fire-district-performance
