Leland Lawn, a leader of quality lawn care and landscaping on the Palouse is looking to expand its team! We are hiring for the position of Lawn Care Technician to join our staff. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys working outdoors in a fast paced, multi faceted team oriented environment and has a positive attitude. Must be organized, reliable, have good communication skills and be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Primary duties will include lawn care of grounds of properties using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, trimming, yard clean up, pruning, planting, digging, raking, along with other landscaping related tasks. Must work with other crew members and follow instructions as to how lawn care services are performed. Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs, walk for a minimum of 5-10 miles per day over uneven terrain, and be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Cannot have major allergies to plant/dust or bee/wasp stings. Must be timely and have reliable means of getting to work. Must be available full time Monday through Friday. Our work day typically begins at 8 am, yet can change due to various factors and some overtime/weekends will be required. Due to the seasonality of our work, you will work with other company crews performing various other landscape maintenance related services. This position may include work during the 2022-2023 winter season. Pay is $15+ /hr DOE. There will be a 30-90 day probationary period. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
