Leland Lawn is hiring Landscaping Technicians for the 2022 season! Primary duties will include landscaping of properties using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, planting, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of concrete blocks, along with other landscaping related tasks. Must work with other crew members and follow instructions as to how landscaping services are performed. Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs, walk for over 5 miles per day, and be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Cannot have major allergies to plant/dust or bee/wasp stings. Must be timely and have reliable means of getting to work. Must be available full time Monday through Friday. Our work day begins at 8 am, yet can change due to various factors, and some overtime/weekends will be required. Due to the seasonality of our work, you will work with other company crews performing various other landscape maintenance related services. This position will include work during the 2022-2023 winter season. Salary: $16 - $20+ /hr DOE There will be a 30-90 day probationary period
