We are an exciting, fast-growing, luxury vacation home property management company, with properties throughout the valley. We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant/Inspector with a strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a great work ethic. Successful Candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently or with others to complete tasks in a professional and timely manner. Candidate must be able to identify and report any problems that would occur in a residential property. Applicant must have a valid AZ drivers license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check. Applicant must be able to work on weekends and possibly some holidays. Duties: Arrival inspections to make sure everything in a home is in good working order Departure inspections to check for any damages or needed repairs Preventive maintenance inspections and general inspection of properties to find and report any problems Replacing light bulbs, air filters, and batteries throughout properties Communicate with property owners and renters to resolve problems Deliver items to properties Complete various tasks as assigned Assist maintenance team with very basic repairs of properties Personal Qualifications and Skills Required: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify problems and potential problems in a residential property setting Ability to complete forms and reports in a timely and efficient manner Very organized with good time management skills Possess excellent follow up and follow through Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to prioritize and work efficiently and able to multitask effectively Honest, dependable, and flexible Strong organization and problem solving skills Possess initiative and positive attitude, team player, desire and ability to learn and grow. Must have a valid Arizona drivers license. Mature candidates encouraged to apply Position is 5 day a week- Sunday thru Thursday 8-5
