Understanding and utilizing emotional intelligence by recognizing verbal and non-verbal cues can increase the effectiveness and productivity of teams. Attendees will explore the importance of using EI to collaborate and communicate with others. At the conclusion of this session, attendees will have a better understanding of why EI and teamwork should exist in the same space, positively impacting: Conflict resolution; collaboration; self-awareness and emotional management; understanding team capabilities; and creating motivation.
