looking for a garage to rent for six weeks, starting this upcoming week.

I am looking in any nearby to Berkeley area, Oakland, Albany, Kensington and of course Berkeley, an empty or mainly empty garage to rent for six weeks. I have a retired uhaul with a 14 foot box that I need to empty for six weeks. This is because I have been offered to use it to bring someone’s storage unit to Colorado, and I want to go to Colorado anyway. I need to unload the truck, which is full, well before the departure date, so it can be packed up and then it goes to the yard where truck lives and when I am ready to depart, we will not have to pack it because it will already have been done. Also I need to have the truck weighed empty so that needs to be done before it gets loaded again. I need to be back before the last day of April so I will reload the truck then. I want a garage because I want to back the truck up, hire 2-3 strong guys and keep it simple, no stairs or hallways. If we get it done in the next week we can cancel the storage for April and use that to pay the garage for six weeks. That is $200. If your garage is not doing anything, please consider helping us out and earn a bit of cash. The storage place is in Brentwood, I don’t want to go that far, except to load the truck. Brentwood is not convenient. There is no illegal contraband, and low desirability for theft (uhaul was broken into three times before I got a storage yard, and nothing was taken in the break ins). I deduce that typical thieves are not interested in contents. I don’t believe any additional insurance or anything is needed, just to keep dry and be out of my truck. If floor is damp I can put down pallets. If roof leaks, I can tarp, what may not be great can also work for my use.
