I'm thinking about getting dental implant. I went to a couple of dentist for opinions. They both said I need 6 teeth extracted (bottom). Dentist A recommends 4 implants. The cost is $24K. He said my other option is 2 or 3 implants if I want to save money but he kept saying 4 is better.. Dentist B recommends 3 implants. The cost is $20K. I am thinking 2 or 3 implants. Or should I just do 4. I am 60 years old. What do you think?
