SEA RAY SUNDANCER 32 FT, NEW, find a boat captains needed for Cruisin' Miami. Looking for fun and responsible licensed charter boat captains with a great sense of customer service to join our team! We’ve got a shift that can work for you! - 4 hr, 06 hr and 08 hr charters. Compensation is by the trip, plus tip ($200-$500/day). Please reach out and tell us about you.. We’re hiring ASAP • Welcome guests • Occasionally help with the reservations, take payments and have them sign the paperwork • Deliver a 5 star service to our clientele • Sail around hollywood marina, entertain the guests and provide local insights • Make sure the boats meet all coast guard requirements & Maintain the boats in their best condition • Covid Clean the boat after each trip • Check the boats upon return and report any issues to the manager • Maintain supplies for the charters • Fuel the boat when needed • Like to smile, promote the brand, take Instagram worthy pictures; & make money Please send your application if: • You have a valid USGC OUPV Captain license (Six Pack minimum) • You have experience in driving smaller boats • You’re focused on safety & reliable with a great sense of honesty • You have experience working in guest services/ customer relations/ hospitality/ entertainment industry • Preferably with a good knowledge of haullover sand bar • You have great communication skills • English is your first language, spanish language would be a plus. • Your schedule is flexible, you are available on weekends and weekdays. • You like having your pictures taken. You’re about to work on the most photographed boats on the water!
