Here are the top four stories today in Franklin: The time has come to embark on a prehistoric journey at Nashville Zoo! DinoTrek is officially open to the public and will run through the end of July. This attraction takes guests on a winding wooded path where they will encounter 20 life-size animatronic dinosaurs. It is the perfect place to take your dinosaur-minded children, with educational signs to learn more about the 20 species on display. (Clarksville Online) Ascension Saint Thomas and the YMCA of Middle Tennessee have announced an alliance that will increase access to wellness and healthcare offerings. Ascension Saint Thomas will open and operate sites of care at both the Downtown and Brentwood YMCAs. The organizations will collaborate to increase patient and member awareness of, and access to, their existing health and wellness offerings across all of Middle Tennessee. (Williamson Source) Two Williamson County high school Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) teams are heading to Washington, D.C. to compete in the Army JROTC Leadership and Academic Bowl (JLAB) National Competition. At the national level, the contest includes at least 10 rounds of competition using buzzers. Cadets may be asked ACT-style questions, questions about JROTC, and questions about current events during the competition. Members of Rolling Hills Community Church in Williamson County have people helping in Moldova, a country that borders Ukraine.
