Starving and starting over. Again

Hi, I am in my 30s, on disability, trying to do right by people but I have had all of my clothes, food, shoes, journals, makeup, etc, stolen from me over the past 3 weeks and I am at my wits end...I'm so cold and so hungry, I was given stamps but they stopped the card...I was outside all night and am about to be again...I'm hurting I'm so cold and I don't know what to do but pray someone can help me somehow. Also, I have a bed bath and beyond gift card if anyone wants to trade for a grocery gift card!
