Press release from the City of Wheaton: March 11, 2022 Fapp Circle between the parking lot entrance to the Target shopping center to the Wyndemere subdivision will be temporarily closed for a special event between 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2022. Motorists needing to pass this area will be able to bypass the closure either using the shopping center parking lot or using Roosevelt and County Farm Road.
