SALEM, NH — A 16-year-old was charged with operating without a valid license charge at 3:19 p.m. on March 10, 2022, after an incident on Morningside Court. Melissa Ann Norton, 20, of Crestwood Circle in Salem was arrested at 9:19 a.m. on March 10 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street. Scott Anthony O'Brien, 50, of South Policy Street in Salem was arrested at 7:25 a.m. on March 10 on a warrant, a bench warrant, and a possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested after police and fire and rescue teams were sent to a home after a small fire was reported. O'Brien was taken to Hillsborough County later and released on bail. Jacob Douglas Miller, 19, of Brown Street in Methuen, Massachusetts; Maiky Rivas, 19, of Fairview Avenue in Methuen, MA; Connor Lee Franklin, 18, of Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen, MA; and a 15-year-old were all each charged with one count loitering or prowling at 11:15 p.m. on March 9 after an incident in the parking lot of the Comcast Warehouse on Northeastern Boulevard. A 16-year-old was charged with operating without a valid license at 8:14 p.m. on March 9 after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street. Poilce and fire and rescue teams were sent to a report of an overdose on Bluff Street at 1:25 p.m. on March 9. Jacob E. Goodreau, 35, of Main Street in Lancaster was arrested at 12:14 p.m. on March 9 on two drug possession charges as well as a bench warrant and a warrant from an outside agency. Also arrested was Caleb A. Sweatt, 32, of Pleasant Street in Colebrook on a possession of a controlled drug charge. They were arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Rockingham Parkway Boulevard. Carlos Ruiz Jr., 42, of M Street in Hampton was cited at 11:32 a.m. on March 9 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street. Daniel A. Guerra, 27, of Belmont Street in Lawrence, MA, received a summons at 10:09 a.m. on March 9 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a motor vehicle stop on Cluff Crossing Road.
