He's a big ole fella with a big belly, he's easily taller than me, he doesn't mind putting me in my place as long as I can return the favor when he screws up. He's super serious around others but when he's alone with me, he's able to be his soft, cuddly self! He doesn't take my bullshit when I try to take the easy road out and I don't take his when he tries to run away from his emotions. Whether we're outside fishing or inside cuddling up with each other, we have this energy to want to make sure the other person is successful. I am accepting of his past as he is accepting of mine, and I can finally be the pup I've always wanted to be with others.
