Micronet Solutions is looking for reliable 1099 contractors for our drop bury team in the Des Moines area. This position will include burying fiber optic cable at residences with occasional sidewalk/driveway boring required. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with this work. If you’re a self-starter and want a job that gives you the ability to control your paycheck, we want you on our team! What we’re looking for: Individuals with a clean driver's license and truck/trailer hitch. Preferred (but not necessary) experience performing drop burials, sidewalk bores, and driveway bores (fiber splicing experience is a plus). Experience repairing irrigation and dog fences. The ability to learn quickly and self-manage different situations that may arise. What you’re looking for: Control over how much you make. This position is paid per job, so you can make as much as you’re willing to work! Top techs can earn up to $2,000 per week. A position where you’re not micromanaged. This job pays weekly and has the opportunity for long-term, permanent work with low turnover. Preference will be given to candidates with vehicle and equipment setup for drop buries, but we can provide equipment if needed.
