Know how to get rid of bugs?

So, on my patio are these..... flys? I dunno - but they're just buzzing all over on my patio. I can't open my front door or window or they wanna come in. Does anyone know how to get rid of them and/or prevent them from happening in the first place? I host the patio off daily and that doesn't help. Why are they even there? Driving me crazy! Thanks for any advice!
