Handiman needed. Must have various skills. Must have own tools. Must be able to finish tasks in a timely fashion. 5 - 10 hours a week $25 - $30 an hour - Contract work for 24 apartment units in 2 locations. If you need n apartment can discount unit in exchange for work (if available). Must be ok with labor type work when necessary.
