Old man needs home

I found him on FM78 and can't find where he came from. I'm not sure how old he is but he is definitely an old man.. He is super sweet and gentle with my dog, but my dog is very territorial and agressive toward him. Even when she is aggressive he doesn't react to her. He is also very gentle with my 11 year old... He needs a loving home because I can't keep him in my small apartment. I don't want to have to take him to the shelter.
