Some enhancements include daily temperature checks for employees, thorough cleanings will be conducted using disinfectant on the EPA list effective against COVID-19, increased sanitization stations available throughout the gym floor, touchless check-in via the free Planet Fitness app, and some pieces of cardio equipment temporarily marked out of use to enable Social Fitnessing™ and create additional distance between members. Additionally, Planet Fitness launched a Crowd Meter feature on its mobile app to allow members to check club capacity before coming into the gym.
