Necesitamos gente que tienen experiencia We are seeking skilled workers to assist with various construction tasks. We renovate properties in the Greater Kansas City area, and need high energy / reliable workers who are ready to get to work with us right away. Must have a positive attitude, a great work ethic and be reliable. We do all of the standard work that needs to be done when renovating rental units. Our job is to fix up these units and get them rent ready for new tenants asap. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following: Demolition, installing kitchen cabinets, hanging drywall, skim-coating, framing, window removal and installation, plumbing, electrical, siding, hardwood flooring, picking up job sites, landscaping work, making supply runs to Home Depot, painting, patching walls, caulking, installing hardware, etc. Pay will be based on experience. $20/hour if you have less experience and up to $25/hour if you have a higher level of skill / experience. Great opportunity for a hard worker who wants to get to work right away. Must have reliable transportation in order to get to and from work. Must have a reliable cell phone for communication.
