Have the answer? I am looking for a general legal question dealing for felony court cases.
- if the prosecutor tells the lawyer “I really don’t want to deal with this case”
-or the prosecutor tells the lawyer “ I’ll “wink” to grand jury to get them to “No-Bill the case”
Basically, the state has no evidence to really indict someone correct?
