This small ranchette is a natural (chemical-free) horse ranch and spiritual oasis. Cozy and clean travel trailer/RV (21 foot) in exchange for 3 hours of ranch work per day 5 days a week. When the owner travels, you will be responsible for three feeds daily, including the weekend. Owner provides electricity, water, and black water dump. You pay for propane. The Hot water only lasts for a short shower as it’s 5 gallon tank. Payment is $20 per hour if you work over 3 hours daily. The RV is fully equipped: wi-fi, TV with channels, oven, AC, heat, shower, full size bed, fridge, freezer, blender, toaster, silverware, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Bring your own sheets and towels. No laundry in the RV. You may be able to use the laundry in the main house. Looking for a healthy/holistic person who is accountable, can follow directions well, organized, positive, and clean both inside your dwelling and out, as the energy in the trailer will affect the entire property’s wellness. No smokers (of anything), drug users (of anything including pharmaceuticals, micro dosing and plant medicine) or alcohol drinkers. No criminal record. (Owner will check.) NO DOGS OR ANY PREDITORS AS THE RANCH HAS PREY ANIMALS: horses, mini pigs and rabbits. The ranch work consists of mucking, feeding the animals, animal wellness, cleaning, weeding the property, gardening, fence building, unloading hay, repairing and installing irrigation (drip and underground), preparing the dirt for gardens, making compost with horse manure, cleaning the Airbnb, repairing things when they brake, and keeping the ranch, animals, residents and guests safe. There is some heavy lifting so you will have to be strong and injury-free. Prefer if you have equine and animal experience. Will train if necessary. You may ride (if you are experienced) and play with the animals in your spare time if you desire. They all love attention. Location is 25 minutes from Sedona and 10-15 minutes from Cottonwood. Across the street from National Forest. 20 minuts walk to two rivers and an indian ruin. 2 hours from the Grand Canyon. 1 hour to Flagstaff. 2 hours to Phoenix. $500 security deposit required.
