We are a local, fast growing, women-owned and operated startup business in Albuquerque seeking a self-motivated team member to serve as an assistant manager of Operations, eBikes & Equipment focusing on both business growth as well as personal & professional growth (and good fun!) Reporting to our Head Operations Manager, and working closely with our entire Launch Team, this position will be responsible for day-to-day e-bike assembly, maintenance, basic repair, service logging, accessorizing and “showroom” setup. While we provide training, mentoring and manufacturer (Rad Power Bike & other manufacturers) certification, the ideal candidate will be mechanically-inclined and able to lift, move and transport heavy electric bikes and equipment up to 80lbs. Most of all, we seek candidates eager to learn, apply, adapt & grow with us. We launched in Albuquerque focused on safe, sustainable, healthy & affordable fun for most ages, abilities & communities of New Mexico. We are a preferred partner with Rad Power Bikes (North America’s largest electric bike manufacturer and named one of the most innovative companies by Time, FastCompany and Wired!) We also partner with many local businesses in ABQ including cafes, breweries & adventure organizations. Last fall, we won a pitchfest and funding from the State of New Mexico’s Economic Development - Outdoor Recreation Division. We also work closely with the City of Albuquerque and other entities. Our Owner/CEO serves on the Board of BikeABQ in "Supporting, Educating, and Advocating for a Bike-Friendly Greater Albuquerque."
