Restaurant Depot Front End Supervisor FULL-TIME $13/hr 270 N Wilson Rd, Columbus, OH 43204 Essential functions: • Supervising, training and evaluating cashiers, front-end loaders, checkers and U-boat retrieval. • Ensuring friendly, efficient and professional customer service. • Ensuring compliance with established sales and security policies and procedures. • Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Assisting customers with product location and detailed information when needed. • Planning and preparing work schedules to include lunch and vacation. • Performing cashier “check-outs” and operates register, when needed. • Performing Supervisor functions of voids and returns, price adjustments, IOUs (F-6) vs. invoicing and cancels transactions. • Assisting checkers in comparing customer receipts to items on cart to avoid losses. • Efficiently uses industry specific software to resolve customer inquiries, price checks, inventory queries and price discrepancies. Schedule - Shift start: 6:30AM - Shift length: 5.5 - 9 hours - Days: 3-5 days per week - Overtime available Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 90 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - For the most part the ambient will be room temperature, due to proximity of work-station to the exit doors, room temperature may change according to the season and the level of activity at the store. - Must be at least 21+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs About Restaurant Depot Restaurant Depot is a Members-Only Wholesale Cash & Carry Foodservice Supplier.
