Need Monthly Maintenance for Training of Bougainvillea and Jasmine

We need an experienced landscaper to provide monthly maintenance to train bougainvillea and jasmine to grow up and over several stucco walls. Our current landscaper does not provide these services, so we need someone exclusively to handle this, including installing strings/pins/hooks to train the vines properly. Please see attached photos. Experienced landscapers only please! This is a long term gig, as we think this will take more than a year to fully get the effect we want.
