SanMar Facility Maintenance FULL-TIME $17/hr, plus $2000 new hire bonus 1100 N 127th Ave, Suite 200, Avondale, AZ 85323 The position will support daily operations to provide a safe, clean, efficient, and comfortable environment. Requires organization and ability to follow a routine and provide regular inspection of assigned areas. Duties include: • Performing general maintenance or carpentry, minor repairs, and routine painting. • Assisting with preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspecting belts checking fluid levels, replacing filters, greases bearings, seals, etc.; repairs or replacing broken parts. • Relocating, moving and adjusting furniture as needed. • Complying with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Maintain all required HAZMAT records including maintenance. • Responding in a professional and timely manner to management and internal customer inquiries and researches and resolves problems related to a facility’s operational issues. • Sanitary maintenance as needed. • Interacting with outsourced building services including (but not limited to) janitorial, document shredding, garbage collection, window cleaning, grounds keeping, and furniture repair. • May be required to operate powered lift equipment. • Maintaining repair and maintenance log. • Responsible for checking out equipment and returning in the same condition. • Regular and prompt attendance. • Maintaining safe, neat, and clean work area by adhering to SanMar safety regulations Schedule - Shift start: 12:00PM - Shift length: 8 hours - Days: Monday - Friday, some weekends available Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Valid driver’s license - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass background check - Can lift 60 lbs Bonus $2000 new hire incentive $1000 after 30 days and $1000 after 90 days of employment About SanMar Family owned since 1971, SanMar is an award-winning supplier of 16 retail and private brands of imprintable apparel and accessories, including Port Authority, America’s No. 1 preferred private label.
