Keyboardist needed for new Jazz/Funk/Soul band

Great musical opportunity if you play keyboards and have standard jazz funk or soul standards you’ve always wanted to play. You will get equal say in the set list! So far drummer, percussion, bass, and guitar. All good musicians with experience playing gigs. Passionate musical hobbyists with day jobs. No big drinkers or smokers. Family friendly vibe. No one plays a song they don’t like. No old originals from another band. Each person’s personal/musical goals and limits discussed and understood by every other member; at the very beginning and also from time to time as we go along. We want to play regular gigs in a band that most people would enjoy listening to. Emphasis on learning and becoming better musicians. Perfect environment for each musician to go from good to great! Age, race, and gender not a factor. Musicianship should be somewhere in the ballpark of where the rest of us are at: lifelong musical hobbyists seeking to get as good as possible.
