House in Austin Mn Needs several items completed for repair. All appliances, lights, switches, vanities, etc will be provided. Owner has pro account at home depot to charge expenses against for supplies. Your quote should be for LABOR only. If you are painting, you are expected to have a paint sprayer. If you're a tile specialist, you are expected to have tiling equipment. Consumable items such as paint, membrane etc will be paid for through pro account at home depot. If you cannot abide by this policy please do not inquire. This is a labor gig. Item Replace linoleum floors with pergo *demo linoleum first* Measure Fridge (need size) Measure stove (need size) Remove bath mirror, replace with new mirror Install toilet Install vanity Remove blinds from all windows, replace with cellular shades Remove Shelf behind toilet (trash) Remove popcorn ceiling from all rooms Remove door curtains. Do not replace with anything. Remove curtains, replace with cellular shades. Paint rooms Bleached Linen color, flat including molding Do NOT paint front door Paint top kitchen cabinets white Paint bottom kitchen cabinets dark teal blue When painting, remove all outlets + switches but put them back when done. Remove lok-tite excess in upstairs bedroom Inspect waterproofing in bathroom, fix if required Install tile backsplash in bathroom with white subway tile. Use redguard membrane paint as waterproof layer. Install dishwasher (need size) Remove tile/linoleum(?) walls from kitchen Install tile countertops + backsplash New overhead lights install for mirror area Paint basement in high gloss basement paint such as KILZ Interior/Exterior Basement and Masonry Waterproofing Paint. House is 1280 square feet with a basement. 3 bed, 1 ba. Need work to start March 21, 2022 ideally. Please email us and let us know when you are available to go see the house and give an estimate.
