Description

When a child is brought into this world on the welfare plan then every tax paying citizen has an interest in the welfare of that child. If a parent should chose not to follow Health and Welfare requirements then they should drop all the welfare support subsidies and PROPERLY FEED, cloth, and provide shelter for that child as the law requires.
