Female here looking for a personal trainer that will meet with me at least 2-3x a week (evenings or Saturday mornings)
I have no preference of male or female trainer. Just want someone that I can count on to help get me fit and strong.
My goal is lose 10-20 lbs, tone and gain muscle mass
Hit me up with rates and availability or info for a great trainer
Must be energetic and motivational
We will meet on a zoom call and take it from there
