*5-10 years' experience in handyman skills including drywall repair, mudding, painting, installing click/laminate flooring, installing/repairing broken doors, window/screen repairs, repair/replace any damaged molding, plumb kitchen & bathroom sink/faucet, installing vanity, changing fixtures, demo, trash removal, cleanup * Flexible in working on weekends and off hours when needed to address critical and emergency repairs/calls. * Ability to work independently & with others. * Strong work ethic, hard worker, honest and reliable. * Must have a good phone to do facetime or send pics or send videos. * Ability to communicate in a professional manner with tenants, other team members * Problem solving mindset and ability to understand and listen to directions *Valid ID, reliable transportation & Own tools. *$25-$30/hr and opportunity to work from 20-40+ hrs/week * Can be paid via Venmo, cash app, PayPal or zelle in the beginning during trail period.
