Hello - I'm a landlord and need a hand with a potential washing machine leak that has soaked the carpet and started a mold smell issue. It's on the upstairs landing, maybe about 50sf. First thing is to get carpet out and get things drying while assessing the need for more thorough remediation. Probably need to rent an industrial dehumidifier.
Willing to pay premium for experienced and licensed work.
