Need some help with some minor work orders that may take 4-8 hrs & need minor materials; we need a licensed/bonded GC/Contractor for most of it; we have a contractor key box on condo (it's vacant) so you can easily get in & give me a quick bid to get started (unplugging bathroom sink, replace outlet w/GFCI outlet under sink, inspect window latch on window to secure to window, replace PVC discharge pipe in water heater w/proper heat resistant material, put pan under water heater, repair hose bib & replace outlet outside with GFCI).
