From the City of Mission Viejo: Posted January 28, 2020 With the sweeping changes to voting this year, you have more options to cast your ballot. Every voter will receive a vote-by-mail ballot that can be filled out and mailed back or delivered to the new ballot drop boxes. In Mission Viejo, three ballot drop boxes are conveniently located at the Norman P. Murray Center, Pavion Park and Florence Joyner Olympiad Park.
