…yes, but can you SING? OLD, Experienced, Accomplished Drummer, Organist, Lead Guitarist and Bassist seek a Lead Singer/Front Person for our band to play-out a few times a month. We are a “Party Band”. A “Fun Band. A “Dance Band” A “Sing Along Band”. Here’s the fine print that we didn’t put into fine print. NO, this isn’t a “project”. NO, we don’t have originals. NO, we don’t plan on putting The Beatles in the unemployment line, nor are we making a CD only to sell 17 copies to our friends and family. NO, we are not going on tour, nor is our goal to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next week. This is NOT a money making proposition. Our marketing strategy is SECOND TO NONE and we are looking for FAME and a NAME here in little ol’ Rochester, NY FIRST……THEN, we can talk money AND NAME OUR PRICE at the places we want to play. We’re actually past the point of being JUST ANOTHER “famous” BAND THAT NO ONE HAS EVER HEARD OF…whose members get an INSULTING $50 a night. We’d rather play a packed place for advertising than get $35 each at the end of the night for playing all night for the bartender, the waitress and 2 regulars at the bar.
