Approximately one year old. Started on pellet, prefers seeds. She can be tricked to eat pellets if they are ground into smaller pieces. We have to re home her because she is trying to mate with our male and we don't want babies. She is very friendly to other parakeets, but is not hand tamed. She is small (petite almost), compared to other budgies. She is a good mimic and knows two different whistles already. She is much healthier than any budgie that you would buy at a petstore. If she is not placed in a cage with another bird, she would need music in the background or she will get lonely. She loves to dance to music, too. Must send picture of your set up, we won't give her to anyone with a tiny travel birdcage or poor understand of care. Small rehoming fee
