There are two types of glosters, one is the one with the plainhead; which is also called the consort gloster canary, and the other type of gloster is the one with the crest on it’s head. Gloster canaries are known for being bigger in size than the regular canaries. The male sings his allure song and is ready to be breed. They have been raised on a pellet diet but will eat any other seed diet. They eat eggs, broccoli, lettuce, apples, cucumbers, oranges, and many other healthy foods.
