Job description Janitorial Services About us AAA Janitorial Services treats our employees and contracts with respect, and integrity, always going the extra mile. We work hard to make sure the work place is safe and friendly. We are a small commercial company and we consider you the employee very important. We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, maintenance and security duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. 2 daytime shifts available. Pay 12.50-14.00 hour depending on experience. Must pass background check. Must have own transportation. Must have great references. This is a Federal Building working with police officers. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a janitor Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Integrity and ability to work independently High school degree not a must, but must be able to communicate well Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: We follow CDC and federal guidelines.
