MALVERN BOROUGH, PA — Malvern Borough Police are offering their help with celebrations amid the coronavirus pandemic. Viral videos of emergency responders throwing "parades" for young kids have been circulating since Americans were told to stay home to prevent the virus's spread. The Malvern Borough Police Department is offering to do just that. Police in the borough will visit borough homes to bring smiles to faces during quarantined celebrations.
