Rehoming 1 Year old German Shepherd

I have a 1 year old Yellow German Shepherd (male). It’s killing me to have to do this, but I am just simply not able to give him the life that he deserves. He is good with all three of my small children. He needs some training, but I’m sure being cooped up in an apartment is hard for him. He’s around 80 or so pounds. He walks fine on a leash, except for the occasional barking. He is a VERY sweet dog, I wish I could keep him, but I just don’t think it is fair to him. Asking $50 rehoming fee just to ensure he is going to a good home. He is not fixed yet, I was waiting until after he turned 1.
