2yo Normal Ball Python with Everything Needed

I unfortunately need to rehome my 2 year old normal ball python. He is a great eater - currently on fresh killed medium rats every 2 weeks - but could be transitioned to frozen/thawed with some time. I am including his Exo-Terra Terranium with everything inside, heat lamp with ceramic bulb, temperature controller for his hot side, and an Accurite remote temperature/humidity reader. I modified the Exo-Terra lid to only have one screened section for better humidity control. Asking a rehoming fee of $350 OBO. Will deliver in Jacksonville for additional $50.
