I need 4 candidates to clean Walmart Parking Lots The job duties steps include: 1) go to the site, 2) sign in with the job tracking app (we MUST sign in for the visit to count), 3) complete the cleaning, 4) take 4 or more pictures and attach them in the app, and 5) we must sign out. The app that we use is called Mercury and we will be sending the information on that shortly. Please enter the work order id that we send out each Saturday for the week. If you start midweek please make sure I get you your work order ID asap as I email them all out on Saturdays to the whole team. Please take the pictures from outside your car and only hit "complete" on the last day of the week, Saturday. If the app is ever not working please take 4-5 pictures and send them to the Owner, with the date/city/state/address in the subject line. In terms of the cleaning it is our responsibility to tidy up all of the litter in the parking lot, sidewalks, loading docks 1-2 times per week, and driveways around the building. Please dump it into the garbage cans spread out around the parking lot. We are not responsible for the grass areas or changing out the garbage cans but we do get litter we see that is obvious in the bushes near the entranceways and the islands in the parking lot. Items we consider litter are bags, wrappers, cups, bottles, straws, cigarette butts, masks, etc. We are not responsible for stains, landscaping debris, etc. Please be prepared for the first cleaning or two to take longer as the site may be in rough condition and have more than a day or two of litter to begin. This is normal. That first cleaning is almost always the hardest and we will pay you extra for it if it is excessive, just let us know. Please know that once you are servicing the site regularly it becomes much easier as you are only cleaning up a day or two of litter instead of days or weeks on that first visit
