We have part time work on Mondays (sometime Tuesdays) & Wednesdays during the day only. No weekends or nights. We’re looking for an experienced (other than only working for friends and family) reliable person that has basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc. to maintain and improve well maintained rental properties in Clifton. No slouches. Living near Clifton is a plus. We do background checks/ drug checks. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and a constant working cell phone with voicemail. No smoking while working. Our properties are smoke free. Pay is negotiable with experience. We’re a small company and are proud of our well maintained properties and expect you to be sharp.
