Connecting with ourselves and our source energy can be more difficult when you're conscious about how your body looks. As a plus sized non-straight man, yoga studios have always been intimidating to me. I always feel out of place. I'm a Reiki Master who understands how to harness source energy for personal healing and deep relaxation. I only have a little experience with yoga, so would love to find friends who know more! I have a wonderful lakeside space that will comfortably fit 4 or 5 people for yoga, stretching and healing that I would love to share with other plus-sized friends. This will be loving, accepting and healing space for open-minded and conscious friends to meet regularly. Ample parking, studio space, private changing room and shower is available. All gender identities and orientations are welcome with love and acceptance. Namaste 🙏
