I have a loft in a warehouse that needs some new joists and tounge and groove decking and possibly painted. Will be more work if things go well. Job will probably take 4 weeks to complete. I’m currently meeting people and accepting bids. All materials will supplied by me and I will be paying cash. I’m not gonna bs anyone I’m not looking to pay 20 or 30 dollars an hour, Im looking for a couple guys who have their own tools and dependable transportation who will work for a reasonable price. I will give you draws as we go. I will not pay anyone up front. Sorry but I’ve been burned too many times.
