PROJECT SCOPE & CONTRACT OVERVIEW 1. Project Background and Description Residential - Freeport, IL Replace/repair electrical and plumbing as needed 2. Material Terms All materials will be provided by property owner. 3. Implementation Plan * Reinforce structure - Install a pillar and Support beam * Repair / replace plumbing and electrical as needed to get electric and plumbing functioning in dwelling * Install / Replace a ceiling mounted electric heater in basement. * Install / Replace new faucet and p-trap in kitchen * Install / Replace new faucet and p-trap in bathroom * Install / Replace toilet in bathroom * Install insulation board, siding and wind and water shield - rear exterior * Replace all pipes required to fix any water leaks in the home. * Running new wires or circuits for all electrical heaters * Install two baseboard heaters; Kitchen and Bedrooms 4. Payment Daily or upon completion
