Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Professional communication with customers, addressing their vehicles repair needs including repairs cost, and time needed to complete repairs etc….
* Create work estimates, order/return parts, test drive cars.
* Manage employees, assign tasks for technicians and monitor work progress for efficiency and accuracy.
* Flexible to use programs already established for data entry and repair orders.
* Responsible for shop appearance, shop safety, equipments….
* Thoroughly and periodically check quality of repairs to minimize comebacks and ensure Customer Satisfaction.
* Responsible for increase revenue both from repair cost and acquiring new customers.
Qualifications:
* Positive, Professional, Strong work ethics and integrity, problem solver and works calmly under pressure during busy times.
* Team player, multi tasker, leads with confidence and have good management and sales skills.
* Prior Management Experience (3 years plus)
* Prior Service Advisor Experience (3 years plus)
* Able to work with already established software.
* Bilingual English /Spanish
* Excellent Communications skills
* Valid California driver license and clean DMV record
