Learn organic gardening fundamentals hands on! This 11 week class is geared to home gardeners and covers organic farming and gardening practices from a range of different scales -- patio container gardens up to small farm operations. The course is very much project based, including opportunities to experiment with different composting systems, learning and applying permaculture practices, practice seed saving and much more! May include off campus visits to local farms and gardens. Join us on Mondays, March 28 - June 6th, 1:00-5:00 pm!
