Running and yoga are two of the most popular modes of movement. Each can benefit from the other tremendously.
We invite you to come spend 90 minutes learning from highly experienced runner and yogi, Heather Yancey, how yoga improves mental stamina, breath, strength and more - all factors in bettering your running game (not to mention increased flexibility!). Heather has completed 3 marathons. 20+ half marathons, 1 full ironman and 7 half Ironmans.
All levels, all welcome. For ages 16+ and above.
Please bring a yoga mat, a water and an open mind:)
