I need a Handyman after hours /weekends to help me for minor jobs like painting/cleaning /minor repairs in maintenance of properties. You should be living or working in five/seven miles of zip code of 08830 Iselin. You should have experience and skills of a smart Handyman. You should own your own tools and transportation and available for emergency repairs in case calls received from tenants. We have ten tenants only and small operations. Minor repairs like clogged drains or sinks. Replace electric outlets /P traps/ knows minor carpentry work using drills/hammers cutters. You should be able to clean kitchen/bathrooms/landscaping/cleaning backyards/moving furniture and organizing bedrooms References are preferred with photo Id required for safety of our tenants.
