Description
Craftworking is networking done differently. It' a digital detox + a hands-on craft + an opportunity to connect with other local biz people. Craftworking events are led by Amber Ladley of Happily Upcycled. April 11: Upcycled Notecards + EnvelopesAm I the only one that has been dreaming of a DIY notecard buffet for years? Want to help me make this dream come true? Handmade notecards are a thoughtful way to make a meaningful connection. I've got a collection of repurposed pages, craft supplies and envelope templates to make this vision a reality. Let's gather together and make our own upcycled stationery! All materials will be provided, however attendees are welcome to bring their own stash of creative papers or craft supplies (markers, stamps, punches, etc.). If you can't make this event, but are interested in making this project, check out my DIY Hello! Birdy Embroidered Notecard Craft Kit or Upcycled DIY Postcard Kit. What is Craftworking?Craftworking is an opportunity to connect with your creativity and make connections. Each event begins with a brief introduction, so we can all get to know one another followed by lots of crafting and chatting. There will be time at the end of the workshop for business networking and exchanging contact information.
